One of only three RDHs worldwide to earn the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) award, Copeland knows how to lead the room with purpose and punchlines. When she's not coaching teams, you'll find her shredding trails on her bike, carving powder on her snowboard or crushing communication roadblocks like a pro.
