Learn what should be included in the onboarding process, how to develop an efficient one and standard operating procedures for job tasks and competency evaluations.

This session will enable participants to:
- Evaluate the practice’s current process to familiarize new employees with their job tasks.
- Identify necessary components of the onboarding process.
- Create innovative methods of providing training to new employees.
- Prepare new employees for successful and long-term employment.
