REGISTRATION INFORMATION
There are plenty of ways to register for the conference, including registering online, by mail or via fax. See below for rules and how-to's.
Save up to $100 by registering by Thursday, March 19, 2026.
If registering by mail or fax, you must use one (1) form per person. Each dentist, dental hygienist, assistant, staff, spouse or guest must register on a separate form. Duplicate the form as necessary. However, one check or credit card number may be used to pay for an office or group of attendees.
Paid registration is required to attend ANY courses, exhibit or program. A spouse or guest may attend sessions and exhibits by registering and paying the appropriate fee.
Mark the appropriate category. Dentists, dental hygienists or assistants, and office staff may not be registered as a spouse or guest. NO EXCEPTIONS. Those registered as spouse, guest, exhibit hall only, student or resident will not receive CE credit.
Each attendee must have a unique email address. The same email used at registration will be used to complete CE verification.
Thursday's Pre-Conference Specialty Programs are offered independently from the Midwest Dental Conference (MDC) Friday-Sunday registration, special fees and restrictions apply. Thursday pre-conference specialty programs are all-day sessions. You must specify the Thursday Specialty lecture you will be attending if selecting Thursday when registering. In order to receive six C.E. hours, you must attend the full day session of the lecture for which you registered.
All information and payment must be included with your registration for it to be processed. Receipts for payment and/or donations are available upon request.
Refunds will not be made after Thursday, March 19, 2026, for any reason.
