About the Course
Providing evidence-based, patient-centered dental care goes beyond drilling and filling. This session will empower dentists and hygienists with information to think outside the operative box to help patients maintain their smiles for a lifetime.
This session will enable participants to:
•Learn to identify ideal carious lesions for different non-operative therapies
•Identify biopsychosocial determinates for non-operative treatment
•Review scientific background for a variety of non-operative treatments
Speaker
Kelly Suchman, DDS
Dr. Kelly Rodgers Suchman is a graduate of the UMKC School of Dentistry and received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate from UMKC. After many years of private practice, she is currently a clinical assistant professor at UMKC and the director of the Advance Education in General Dentistry residency program. Dr. Suchman holds fellowships from the Academy of General Dentistry and the American College of Dentists.
